It's that time of year again when we wish all our friends, family and business contacts a Happy Christmas, reflect on the past year and think about our plans and ambitions for the new year.

We wish everyone a Happy Christmas and a Happy, Healthy and Successful New Year.

It is difficult to be happy and successful without good health and we should not lose sight of those who are less fortunate than ourselves particularly those families who have children with cancer.

That is why, once again, instead of sending Christmas cards this year, we will be emailing our best wishes and donating the equivalent cost of cards and postage to the Candlelighters Trust, they bring light and hope to every family affected by childhood cancer across Yorkshire.

We are fortunate to have Emily Wragg, the Chief Executive of Candlelighters as the pro bono Charity leader in a Pabasso - Peer Advisory Board Associates group who we know gets many benefits from her participation in the way that our other MDs and CEOs of established businesses do from the shared expertise, knowledge, experience and support that they get from the group.

It's great to know we are making a difference.
